No hiring part time office /Accounting clerk to come join our team in the Ogden area.

Day shift working 20 to 25 hours a week starting at 7am Monday through Thursday 

Hourly pay is $20.00 to $25.00 DOE 

The Office Clerk will perform basic tasks such as printing email, sorting and alphabetizing documents, scanning to electronic folders, and filing.  May also perform simple accounts payable functions such as data entry of vendor invoices and matching payments documents for entry or payment processing.  Ability to enter data into Excel spreadsheets for reporting is desired.

Office/Accounting Clerk will print out all vendor invoices from Accounting email daily. Sort invoices by type and alphabetize for data entry. Scan all processed vendor invoices to appropriate archive folders using consistent naming conventions. Scan all processed customer billing batch documents into appropriate archive folders using consistent naming conventions. Alphabetize daily AP batch documents and file into the appropriate “Open” or “Paid” folders. Assist with data entry for vendor invoice processing as needed. Print out all vendor invoices from Accounting email daily

  • Weekly pay every Friday

Must communicate regularly between accounting department and customers, vendors or other departments.   • Able to Alphabetize daily AP batch documents and file into the appropriate “Open” or “Paid” folders
  • Able to Assist with data entry for vendor invoice processing as needed.
  • Prior Accounting experience or education required; must be able to use office equipment such as 10-key, personal computers, printers, and scanners. 
  • Must have beginning level computer skills and experience; some Excel experience a plus.
  • Must have the ability to interact with a variety of employees and management.
  • Maintains confidentiality of the information processed.
  •  Must be flexible in adapting to changing needs, quick to learn, good time management and organizational skills.
