Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Public Sector Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Public Sector Administrative Assistant, you will play an integral role within the Latam HQ PS department, providing essential support to the public sector team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proactive teamwork.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL - Hybrid 

Pay Range: $18-$22/hour 

What’s the Job?

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Scheduling and Calendar Management: Efficiently schedule meetings and manage the agenda for the PS Lead and CSU Lead.
  2. Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel itineraries and arrangements for team members.
  3. Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings and events for the department.
  4. Financial Operations: Assist in managing expense reports and financial operations.
  5. Personnel Operations: Support personnel-related activities as needed.
  6. Facility Operations: Oversee facility-related operations.
  7. Special Projects: Complete assigned special projects as required.

What’s Needed?

To excel in this role, you should have:

  1. Communication Skills: 1-2 years of experience in a communication role.
  2. Productivity: 1-2 years of experience in a productive work environment.
  3. Organization and Calendaring: 1-2 years of experience in organization and calendaring.
  4. Teamwork: An enthusiastic and proactive work approach.
  5. Response Time Management: Ability to manage response times effectively.
