KUTV in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a detail oriented and organized Executive Assistant to provide support to the General Manager/Group Manager, performing a variety administrative tasks.
- Efficiently work with the station staff and managers
- Answer phone calls and deliver messages promptly
- Provide reports to the General Manager/Group Manager
- Maintain scheduling and calendars
- Organize events
- Facilitate meetings, station visits, and travel
- Manage facilities and maintenance requests as a liaison between the station and the property owners
- Many and varied administrative duties
- 3+ years' Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant required
- Skilled with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs
- Experience with business writing and correspondence
- Skilled with Mulit-line phone system
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
