Job Title - Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm)

Location - Chicago, IL

Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

• Support of a live call que - management of inbound and outbound calls

• Thorough documentation of calls and actions taken in electronic medical record
• Sorting and routing of incoming faxed documents
• Escalate patient care issues and barriers to care to appropriate members of the care team
• Market resource collection and organization ( venders, key contacts, and community programs)
• Procurement of records and other needed information
• Appropriate communication with all parties involved in patients care (provider, RN, SW, field MA, specialists, etc…)

Skills:

• Driven, Global Nature
• Worked with integrating systems
• Pharmacy background

Requirements:

• Customer Service Oriented

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Electronic Medical Record use preferred (Nextgen experience a plus)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Must be organized and self-directed

• Adaptability: openness to embracing change and improvement

• Works well in a team environment
