Senior Strategy and Operations Consultant with Security Clearance
* Support the development and implementation of governance frameworks that enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency within the GPMO.
* Conduct research, analyze data, and develop recommendations to improve business processes in a complex operational environment. * Attending meetings with stakeholders to capture/update stories and brief on platform development status and designs. * Providing best practices and recommendations on process, design, and all things operations. * Developing and writing User Manuals, SOP's and Process Maps. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned Sr Consultant Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: * Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations, or a related field.
* 6-8 years of consulting experience, preferably in a federal setting.
* Prior experience in a PMO or project management role.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Proven track record in business process improvement, governance work, policy analysis, and change management.
* Ability to analyze complex data, trends, and information to derive insights and develop strategic recommendations.
