Responsibilities
Performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity. Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports. In accordance with procedures, furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies. Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures. High School and 2 years additional education and/or experience
This position is to support growth and increased work load.
The individual will be responsible for interview scheduling however other areas of responsibility could include front desk support and drug screen/physical scheduling. Candidates submitted must have experience and feel comfortable with high volume traffic in and out of the building. Positive, friendly demeanor, excellent customer service interaction, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
