Direct Sales is responsible for driving sales and services to new and/or existing customers through face-to-face or telephone contact to meet individual and organizational sales objectives.
Responsible for pull through at existing accounts, and for account growth in the region
Responsible for delivering clinical sales presentations that focus on Cordis product features and benefits
Develops customer and product focused sales presentations
Understand customers current/future drive premium growth in newly launched, high margin Cardiology categories and maintain/grow well-established Vascular Closure business
Develop strong relationships and physician advocates within accounts through clinical knowledge of procedures and products
Analyzes and develops sales forecasts for business planning by account
Individual will be responsible for growing EluNIR, NIRxCell, Tryton, and Mozec sales throughout the region
Must have ability to cover cases, lab days, conduct clinical in-servicing, and drive increased usage of our coronary products through clinical selling
Minimum 6 years related sales experience
Ideal candidate will have a clinical background, preferably from a lab in the coronary space
Existing relationships with interventional cardiologists and cath lab staff throughout the territory
Ability to travel 25% of time
Proven product knowledge in business area
Valid driver's license
