At Beyond Identity, our technology alliances are a critical strategic priority and enables Beyond Identity to be recognized as an industry leader in enterprise security. We are looking for a Partner and Alliances Manager to join the alliances team reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Strategic Partnerships.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing Beyond Identity’s strategic technology partnerships that drive revenue and product innovation. This highly visible position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building strong relationships, negotiating deals, and executing joint partner plans to achieve business objectives, preferably in the enterprise security or identity and access management industry. The person should be well organized, curious, and possess strong communication skills, while being familiar with the startup company environment.

What You Can Expect to Do:

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential technology partners that align with the company’s strategic and operational objectives. Develop strategic relationships to drive joint solutions and go-to-market initiatives. Create strategic business cases, and use cases that identity the joint value of partner integrations
  • Lead and manage existing partnership programs, including joint go-to-market, co-marketing, and co-selling activities. Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans. Drive partner enablement and training programs.
  • Influence key partner contact and build relationships with our alliance partners to grow credibility and prioritize working with Beyond Identity for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Solutions architects to vet and prioritize critical partner integrations.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of strategic partnerships. Identify and analyze key metrics to assess the impact of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing day-to-day communications and resolving any issues that arise. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand key industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies for the identification of potential new technology partners that would be beneficiation to Beyond Identity. Be knowledgeable of our technology partners’ strategy and product roadmaps to expand existing partnerships.
  • Present to customers and channel partners on the value of Beyond Identity’s integrations. Enable our internal GTM partners on how to communicate the joint value of partner integrations.

What we Hope You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS partner marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical alliances or similar role, preferably within the enterprise security or identity and access management industry. Proven track record of managing successful technology partnerships.
  • Technical acumen with the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, updates, and results to business partners on various levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and partners in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Highly curious and motivated to learn more about the industry and our partner’s solutions.
  • Natural self-starter with demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of rapid change and growth.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
  • A results-driven mindset, with the ability to execute on joint partner strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related field.
