The Clinical Nurse Specialist Psychiatry Behavioral Health CNS will report to the Service Line Director of Behavioral Health and work alongside one other Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. This position will focus on patient care and improving clinical outcomes, while the other CNS will be responsible for staff education. The Clinical Nurse Specialist Psychiatry Behavioral Health CNS position is a non-clinical role focused on improving Press Ganey scores and using research to improve patient outcomes.
