Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent Product Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your expertise will directly impact our manufacturing processes and product quality. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our products, from initial design to final testing and quality control. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering, 2D and 3D drafting, and manufacturing processes, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements and standards.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle management process, from concept through to manufacturing and distribution.
  • Conduct product testing to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Design and develop electrical circuits for our products, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and meet all necessary standards.
  • Resolve manufacturing and performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Analyze technology trends to inform our product development process.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance our manufacturing processes and product quality.
  • Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the successful production of injection molded plastic parts, stampings, and die cast parts.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Use 2D and 3D drafting techniques to create detailed product designs and specifications.

Qualifications
  • A 4-year degree in Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, within the manufacturing industry.
  • Expertise in life cycle management, engineering design, product testing, electrical circuit design, and electrical engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including the production of injection molded plastic parts, stampings, and die cast parts.
  • Proven ability to resolve manufacturing and performance issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in conducting quality control checks and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
  • Proficiency in 2D
  • 3D drafting is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
