Temps in warehouse are minus -40% Must be able to wear cold weather PPE, bibs, coat, composite toe shoes, hard hat, safety vest, gloves and face mask , all PPE furnished by customer accept shoes, employee must purchase or be willing to sign a payroll deduction for shoes. Must be able to move about on foot as needed, lift up to 20lbs repetitively, Must be able to bend, reach, stoop and understand written and verbal instructions in English including all Safety rules. Employee will be driving a stand up Raymond forklift in a -40 degree cold storage environment. Must be willing to work overtime, stand for long periods of time, and use a RF scan gun. These are temp to hire positions. Employee will be staging pallets of icecream from the Unilever facility to the freezer.
