Project Engineer or Project Manager
to lead and assist with the preparation of investigations, designs and project
development for water treatment & distribution systems throughout the
This position will temporarily be out of our Cazenovia, NY office as we will be moving to our new office
location in East Syracuse, NY during
the Spring of 2020.

- Perform design calculations, alternative
analyses and economic evaluations
- Assess water treatment facilities to ensure
compliance with both state and federal laws and regulations
- Develop innovative and creative solutions to
address water treatment issues
- Perform treatability studies including bench
testing and pilot plant evaluations
- Develop water treatment facility layouts
- Collaborate with the team of project engineers
and project managers for coordination of multi-disciplinary design projects
- Meet with clients for planning purposes,
providing updates and establishing relationships
- Provide mentorship and development advice to
junior level staff

Our commitment to you
- Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Civil
Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field
- Current PE License in the State of New York or
have the ability to obtain it
- Between 4-15 years of relevant water
engineering experience including water treatment and pumping system design
- Knowledge of drinking water regulations
including surface water treatment, lead and copper and disinfection byproduct
- Strong communication skills and ability to work
both within a team and independently
- Strong focus on client service
- Willing and able to travel to project sites and
client meetings as needed
