Development Coordinator
Cohen-Esrey Development Group (CEDG) is currently seeking a Development Coordinator to join our team and experience our AMAZING culture!

This position will provide administrative support and assistance to CEDG team members and help coordinate key aspects of development projects. The right person will have strong communication and teamwork skills with a desire to drive projects to completion. Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel, will be needed.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of a team that is creating low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC), historic tax credit, and non-LIHTC affordable, and market-rate housing to create thriving communities that change lives.
Responsibilities
- Confirming each requirement for milestone equity installments
- Entering and tracking actions necessary for installment payments in the CEDG tracker
- Assisting in debt and equity transactions as needed
- Creating and maintaining project files
- Obtaining signatures and notary certification on documents
- Providing executive support to Managing Director CEDG and VP of Development
- Assisting Development and Project Managers
- Creating, coordinating and submitting check requests with fee documentation
- Monitoring completion of investor milestone requirements assigned to applicable team members
- Ensuring the applicable reporting is provided to the construction lender and investor during construction
- Reviewing Operating Agreement (OPA) abstract prepared by Development Managers and identifying investor requirements to receive milestone payments
- Reviewing permanent loan document abstract provided by the Development Manager (DM) to understand what documents are necessary for loan conversion
Qualifications
- Experience using MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
To be hired, candidates will be required to successfully complete a background investigation and drug test. Local candidates only as relocation is not provided. Cohen-Esrey, LLC is an equal-opportunity employer.
