Job Description

Company is looking for a strategic, creative and results-oriented leader to grow our international markets. You will lead the marketing teams in Australia, Canada, Japan, and Great Britain to develop strategies tailored to each market and create integrated plans to help achieve our business goals.  This is a senior role requiring a strong background in broad marketing disciplines and team management. The ideal candidate will be an inspired leader and skilled manager that thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.  Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you will be a critical member of the Marketing Leadership team to shape the global marketing strategy at Company.  You will work closely with numerous stakeholder teams to bring our global marketing strategy to life, including the Marketing leader in each country, along with the centralized Brand, Performance, Product, Finance, and Communication teams.

You will: 

  • Manage and prioritize initiatives and budgets across channels and markets
  • Partner closely with leaders across sales, PR, creative, and product to build a cohesive strategy and establish global alignment
  • Partner with leaders across Company to develop the global marketing strategy for Company in existing markets and help expand into new markets
  • Manage a team of global marketers in Canada, Australia, UK and Japan, to execute on a strategy to drive demand and growth for our portfolio of products 
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices among country marketing managers
  • Effectively manage multi million dollar budget and help make tradeoffs to best support the business
  • Ensure alignment with global marketing programs and initiatives to track, measure, and report on key metrics
  • Identify growth opportunities by understanding each market’s audience, the competitive landscape, and market trends to help differentiate us from competitors in the FinTech space within market
  • Partner with Product teams to help bring necessary products and features to each region
  • Ensure unified messaging, consistent branding, and collaboration across all marketing and communication strategies 
  • Lead strategic discussions that recap market highlights and key insights
  • Develop global marketing talent and facilitate best practices across all markets


You have: 

  • 12+ years experience with a broad range of marketing experience, including brand, performance, strategy, and analytics
  • An inspirational leader with experience managing high-performing internal and external teams, including creative and media agencies, to develop best-in-class content to tell the Company story
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience speaking to audiences of all sizes
  • Operational and analytical rigor to prioritize investment decisions that drive long-term business results
  • Experience working across multiple markets, outside of the US
  • Track record of growing marketing investment on a measurable basis at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to work and influence decision makers in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, with stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Experience building a brand’s awareness and consideration with an exciting portfolio of past campaigns/content/creative projects
  • Exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings to all levels throughout the organization
  • Ability to travel frequently to our international markets
