You'll play a leadership role in a high volume, focused and performance driven
call center where the goal is always to connect with members and enhance the

This position will be working
directly with members and employer groups that are enrolled in National Account
Plans. The Service Account Manager acts as a customer advocate
in resolving escalated and complex issues. This role involves direct contact
with client contacts, members, and internal teams.

    proactively identifies new solutions to problems

  • Plans, prioritizes, organizes and
    completes work to meet established objectives

  • Works with minimal guidance; seeks
    guidance on only the most complex tasks




















Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, which
    includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Basic experience Microsoft Office suite: MS Word
    (create and edit correspondence), MS Excel (ability to create, edit, and
    sort spreadsheets), MS Outlook (email and calendar management), and MS
    PowerPoint (ability to create and edit slides)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time; overnight
    travel - client visits, site visits, new client introduction visits,
    amount will vary based on client needs
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm in your
    time zone, with flexibility to work occasional overtime per business needs
Preferred Qualifications:


  • Associate degree (or higher)
  • Good understanding of medical claims processing
