We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Analyst Business III.



Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing a deep understanding of processes and data flows across all aspects of the operation, leveraging data to identify improvement opportunities to gain efficiencies of project methodologies, deliverables, reporting and training.
  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts managed by the IT PMO leadership team.
  • Building strong stakeholder and client relationships and find opportunities to better support their business objectives.
  • Supporting project initiatives managed by the team, including understanding business requirements and desired business outcomes, developing actionable plans and implementing solutions as needed.
  • Serve as the SmartSheet subject matter expert (SME) on SmartSheet product capabilities
  • Collaborate with IT PMO Operational Support team on planning, executing, and implementing SmartSheet solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the SmartSheet platform or equivalent.
  • Participate in technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • In collaboration with various internal departments, this position will standardize key project elements, increase velocity, and improve collaboration with scalable options.
  • Full understanding of the functionality of how SmartSheet is currently used within the organization; Contribution to the continued improvement of the use of SmartSheet.
  • Upkeep and oversight of how SmartSheet alerts function to key stakeholders.
  • Upkeep, creation, and innovation of forms that relate to key operational processes.
  • Full understanding of IT PMO Project portfolios.
  • Create and streamline operational processes, using SmartSheet or other relevant software, and effectively roll out processes in an efficient manner to the organization.
  • Troubleshooting and repair within SmartSheet.



Qualifications

Education/Licensing/Certification:

  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University and 7 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SmartSheet Product Certification preferred.
  • SmartSheet Solution Certification preferred.
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.

 

Experience:

  • High level of expertise in a broad range of business systems software packages (SmartSheet).
  • Planning, project management skills, attention to detail; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Preference for experience with SmartSheet dashboard creation/enhancement. Possess strong experience administering Smartsheet including control center, reporting and dashboard. Must have deep technical understanding of SmartSheet from an administration level, not just as a user of the tool.
  • Understanding of business processes, roles, steps and goals to find opportunities for process improvement.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical, oral communication, and writing abilities.
  • Ability to scope, plan, execute, and track projects with autonomy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional resources.
  • Strong computer skills, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • High level of expertise in a broad range of business systems software packages.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in group settings.
  • Has a results oriented, positive, creative, responsible approach to projects.
