JOB DESCRIPTION::

Job Title - Support Engineer 1

Location - Redmond, WA

Duration - 6-12 Months Contract

Responsiblities

Acts as primary response for technical support. Provides entry level support primarily for end users, along with developers and corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media (excluding public, ""1:many,"" electronic services). Provides support for more complex products under general supervision. Communicates with customers who possess a wide range of skill levels. At a peer level, communicates problems to development and other internal organizations.

  • The main point is the sponsor is looking for someone who can communicate with executives. Who is also Tech Savvy. Someone who gets excited about the opportunity.

Qualification:

  1. Technical - An understand of technology and how it works
  2. People skills - Able to communicate with the sponsor and other stake holder on what they do
  3. Confidentiality is huge, not sharing the confidential information outside of the team.
