Operations Services Manager required for Leading Restaurant Franchise

A multi-billion dollar restaurant franchise is seeking an Operations Services Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal part in the operations of the entire organization. The individual will oversee all daily work flow to ensure safety, quality and production standards are being met while upholding customer service and distribution metrics.

The Operations Services Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Drive quality assurance for entire organization

  • Monitor the performance of operations and distribution partners

  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure compliance with contractual KPIs, quality, cost and service

  • Lead staff to ensure success of all operations

  • Work with customer service to rectify any issues in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with inventory, purchasing and logistics teams to ensure optimization of supply chain performance

The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

  • 5+ years of Operations, Distribution, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Inventory management experience

  • Superior leadership abilities with a commitment to hands-on training programs

  • Exemplary written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement principles a plus
