At Regions, the Enterprise Operations Quality Control Specialist provides quality control support adhering to the established laws regulating the lines of business.
+ Performs review of specific Enterprise Operations business activities to policies and procedures were followed and to ensure documents were appropriate and executed properly
+ Enters and clears exceptions within the Quality Control system
+ Ensures compliance to department, bank and federal guidelines and procedures to mitigate risk
+ Works under limited direction and/or supervision
+ Provides advice and guidance to less experienced associates
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Five (5) years of work experience within the prescribed business unit or two (2) years of quality assurance and/or audit experience
+ Five (5) years of experience working with regulatory requirements with associated line of business

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
This QC Specialist should be able to complete Quality Control audits related to Servicing that includes but not limited to New Loan Set Up, Payoffs, Escrow, Payment Processing and Default.
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
