Customer Service Representative
Additional Details:
• The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing using the SAP system.
• Will need to utilize external platforms provided by our warehouses to track and manage inventory and shipments.
• The role involves issuing and managing all necessary documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents.
• Collaboration with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and supply chain is crucial to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• The candidate will also handle sample requests and MTO product orders specific to the Health Care business line.
• SAP background is a must.
