Customer Service Representative

Nesco Resource Birmingham, AL (Onsite) Full-Time
$20.00 - $22.00/Hour
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end order processing using the SAP system. Utilize external platforms provided by our warehouses to track and manage inventory and shipments. Issue and manage all necessary documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents. Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Handle sample requests and MTO product orders specific to the Health Care business line. Attend meetings related to Supply Chain, Quality, and other relevant areas to support our manufacturing site operations. Coordinate international requests, processing orders with sister companies worldwide, and managing shipments to and from the US. Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on order status and address any inquiries or issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in resolving any order-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• SAP background is a must.
