Bioventus Washington, DC (Onsite) Full-Time
Derived Salary: $81K - $120K/Year

The Sales Operations Analyst role will be responsible for the review, analysis and communication of key sales results for their respective area including but not limited to: monthly sales results, KPI results, funnel management, forecasting, and sales compensation. They will also be responsible for developing and communicating new sales reports that drive action for the sales organization.


Location: Durham, NC or Memphis, TN facility preference

*Preference to a hybrid role in the Durham, NC or Memphis locality or must be experienced in Sales Operations if working remotely and willing to travel to Durham, NC.

What you will do:

  • Ability to take multiple pieces of information and format them into insights that the sales team can use to understand sales results and take action
  • Responsible for understanding the root cause of missing a KPI and developing counter measures to get back on track
  • Business Consultant for systems and processes influenced by Sales Operations team (Power BI apps, CRM management, funnel management system, etc.)
  • Annual territory planning for respective areas inclusive of evaluating territories and making recommendations on changes to better optimize customers, tracking zip code alignment changes, and communicating new territory structures.
  • Assisting with building out requirements for sales reporting, compensation design, and quota methodology.
  • Working closely with finance, business intelligence, marketing, and market access counterparts to address executive level requests as they pertain to sales results and sales execution
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with internal and external customers
  • Present monthly results as they relate to business KPI
  • Development, Implementation, and training of new tools and processes as they relate to Commercial Operations
  • Assist with other projects and duties as required.

What you bring to the table:

  • B.S. or B.A. in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or Similar Programs
  • 2+ Years experienced In Medical Device Sales Operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Business Analytics Software including Microsoft PowerBI
  • Project Management background a plus
