Our client in Hanover is a future-focused interior finish firm. They are looking for an experienced construction salesman to join their team to help expand their business
Responsibilities include:
*Maintains responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory
*Establishes and strategically builds a solid customer base
*Strives to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions
*Provides strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals
*Continually analyzes the sales process to refine and improve its success
*Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling
*Visits clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
*Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
*Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments
*Analyzes the territory/market's potential
*Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
*Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends
*Maintains client records

Sales Requirements
*At least 5 years of sales experience- Construction experience is a plus
Details
*Local travel required
*Salary Structure- Draw against commission
*Office Hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
*Weekend work as needed
