What You’ll Do

The Territory Account Manager reports directly to the Sales Manager.  You will develop relationships with current and new customers to sell products to solve their overheating challenges.  You will educate and support all Independent Reps and Resellers while managing their performance to accomplish sales growth in your designated territory.  You will work closely with Noren Customer Service Reps to handle existing customer needs as you develop and grow your pipeline of new opportunities.  To continuously develop your skills and expertise, you will participate in recurrent sales training and coaching and attend all sales meetings. 

Qualifications

 Minimum:

  • 5+ years sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management/ Administration or related field
  • Rich knowledge of technology in MS Office, CRM or ERP software and its application in business
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Strong technical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of GlobalShop CRM
  • Experience/Knowledge in the following or related industries:
    • Water: Waste Water, Water Reclamation
    • Hazardous Location: Explosion Location, Class 1/Division 2, Class 1/Division 1, Industrial 
    • Plastics: Injection, Blow, Extrusion Molding
