Be part of a team helping those faced with addiction. We are looking for a individual to be the first person to greet our clients when they walk in the door. Every day is different. You will be:

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and general office duties.
  • Serves visitors, vendors and other guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
  • Inputting information on new intakes
  • Maintain security by following established procedures including monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges, if required.
  • Helping clients when they first arrive and filling out intake paperwork with them.
  • Answering phones
  • Perform general clerical duties in accordance with the office procedures of the facility including handling mail.
  • Work with supply vendors to ensure office runs smoothly
