Title: Customer Services Specialist
Duration: 3+ Months (with possibility of extension)
Location: Detroit MI

This position will either be located at Main Campus, or remote, a decision has not been made yet.

Responsibilities:

  • This person will be answering phone calls from employees experiencing COVID related symptoms, and documenting those calls in Epic
  • They will ask each employee a few screening questions, and schedule testing for employees who meet testing criteria
  • If there are questions beyond this person's skill level, there will be an RN available for escalations
  • They are looking for someone with customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • If they have experience with documentation in Epic that is a large plus
  • They must be able to handle difficult situations, as these employees may be emotional
  • Looking for a candidate with experience handling escalations
