We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Rep for one of our Livonia, MI customers. This is a full-time, contract to hire job for this growing company in Livonia.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Make outbound calls to customer to schedule installation dates for Carpet, Tile, Etc. installs with Homeowners who have purchased the service
- Verify customer information over the phone such as name, address, etc. to ensure installation team has correct information
- Set-up window time and explain the process off installation teams arrival and length of install
- Answer customer questions regarding scheduling process and installation window times
- Answer incoming calls regarding any issues with installation teams and problem solve issue.
Customer Service Representative Requirements
• 1+ years of Call Center/Customer Service experience
• Able to work Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm
• Happy and positive attitude
