Midsized General Contractor / Construction Manager looking for an Office Assistant. In addition to having good communication, organizational and computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required) understanding of construction process and terminology is A+
To assist in clerical duties for the office, including typing project correspondence, submitting construction permit requests, scheduling meetings and making copies of documents for construction bids and projects. Typing and submitting PO's and CO's to subs in our Timberline Accounting System (you will be assisted in learning to use it), proposals and change orders to clients Maintaining shop dwg logs, contract log, co log, RFI log and use of Procore
Successful candidate will be well-versed in construction terminology, have a proactive attitude, and be willing to learn on the fly. Good experience is preferred, but not necessary.
