Sodexo is seeking a best-in-class Senior Director of Commercial Operations to be part of our USA Healthcare Growth Strategy & Sales Enablement team. The leader in this role owns areas of high complexity and significant business impact. You will work with cross functional teams to maximize efficiency, productivity, and performance and be responsible for making time, information, and decision processes more effective. We are looking for a leader that must demonstrate strategic and organizational agility and strong interpersonal skills to influence a wide range of decisions in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
This is a virtual position you may reside anywhere in the US.
Specifically, the Senior Director of Commercial Operations for Sodexo Healthcare will:
* Build a high performing, impactful Sales Operations team by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
* Develop an understanding of the marketplace, competitors, and Sodexo's services to support the Healthcare segment's go to market strategy and sustainable growth performance.
* Provide detailed business analytics and commercial strategy recommendations to support business requirements and improve commercial efficiency and effectiveness to meet or exceed annual quota targets.
* Provide leadership and structure and continuously evaluate and improve the administrative sales process that guides the day-to-day operations of the commercial organization.
* Build strong relationships with Sales Leadership and the field sales team members.
* Support the sales leadership team by providing insights to inform decision making.
* Support forecasting by creating detailed trend, opportunity, and risk analyses and using data to recommend territory design and commission plan and incentive program development.
* Challenge legacy procedures that complicate the sales process. Lead projects to improve ways of working, including identifying opportunities to maximize automation of manual administrative processes, formalizing, and simplifying procedures and introducing scalable best practices that improve and impact sales productivity and revenue.
* Manage and support training and utilization of the sales technology tools including Salesforce, Clari, Chorus, Outreach, Amplify and others including identifying future needs.
* Lead and embed the Sales Play System in the organization: a coordinated set of marketing and sales actions to build pipeline, monitor and act on real-time performance and accelerate sales velocity. Drive strategic alignment across the GTM for more productivity and faster growth.
The leader in this role will ultimately be responsible for maximizing and enabling our selling activities by developing effective, scalable processes. Strong technical skills, creativity, and a solution-forward approach will be important drivers of success for this role.

Position Summary
Develops pricing strategies to meet customers' needs while providing a profit for the organization. Determines core business costs of service in support of pricing/tariff development. Designs, implements and maintains pricing infrastructures. Evaluates effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifies pricing structures as needed. Provides reporting and documentation of pricing structures and serves as the point-of-contact for pricing inquiries from internal sales department, but not customers. Provides leadership to managers (or individual contributors where oversight is of large, complex support, production or operations function). Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility. Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives.
