Customer Service Rep

Individual will respond to customer's telephone, chat and e-mail inquiries in a 24x7x365 environment. Offer solutions while demonstrating enthusiasm, apologizing sincerely for inconveniences, listening empathetically and tolerating difficult customers calmly. Responsible for outbound calling projects when events or customer impacting system issues arise. Recognize potential exceptions and make decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Exceed increasingly challenging quality and productivity standards to support our department and company goals and initiatives.
Will be operating on 10-12 programs at a time and toggling on dual screens.
-1+ years of customer service experience ( administrative, call center, insurance, banking)
-Strong computer skills (40wpm or more in testing-will be working on dual screens)
-Ability to multi-task and very detail oriented
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Associates degree or other higher education
-Previous finance/accounting/banking experience
First Shift starting time 10:00am-7:00pm
* Hours during training 9a-6p with a weekend shift in training
FT 2nd shift - varied start times 1-10pm & varied end times 9-10pm +every 3rd weekend (Saturday & Sunday) similar hours
* Hours during training 1-10pm with a weekend shift in training
