Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Memphis, TN

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, management, and delivery of critical business systems solutions and applications that support organizational objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement and optimize systems that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support services aligned with strategic business goals.
• Engage in project planning, estimation, execution, and implementation phases.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Business Stakeholders, and IT Product & Service teams to deliver systems that meet business needs.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Project Lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle.
• Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook) for effective communication and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience managing complex system implementations (Oracle preferred).
• Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 4+ years of relevant experience, or MBA with 2+ years, in project management, project design, scheduling, and/or contract administration.
• PMP certification is preferred, with Agile environment experience highly desirable.

• Confident, self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
• Skilled in managing timelines, assessing risks, and adapting to change.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus.

• Able to navigate ambiguity and change with a proactive mindset.
• Confident in leading teams and effectively running meetings.
• Knows when to escalate issues and when to independently problem-solve.

Typical Day-to-Day Activities:

• Leading and facilitating project meetings.
• Preparing presentations and project updates for leadership.
• Attending product team ceremonies.
• Managing communication, logs, and written updates.
