Job Summary:
Daiichi Sankyo is seeking a year-round Human Resources Intern to work for approximately 15-20 hours per week, supporting HR Business Partners in R&D. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, organize and communicate well; be results-driven and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Ability to work independently is necessary for success, along with working collaboratively with all levels of the HR team and cross-functional business leaders.
Key skills required for the assignment are ability to come up with ideas, stick with a task, analyze an issue and establish a point of view, problem-solve and demonstrate initiative. Responsibilities:
This internship will support projects to drive results in the HR R&D arena. Working with HR Business Partners, the intern will gain experience in projects related to talent development, employee relations, management support and strategic business partnering. Qualifications

Qualified candidates must currently be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate (junior or senior) or graduate program with a concentration in Human Resources or related field. Prior experience in a corporate business environment is preferred; experience in a Human Resources Department a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and time management skills are essential.
