• Maximize new and used vehicle sales and profit while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction
• Close sales and meet financial targets
• Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals
• Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
• Establish goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity
• Meet minimum sales quote of dealership standards
• Ensure customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Complete factory assessments and obtain sales professional certification
• Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure an excellent rating on the sales, delivery and follow up processes on each customer

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

• Customer Service experience
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Maintain an acceptable & safe driving record
• Ability to acquire and maintain product knowledge
• A professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; well organized and self-motivated

• Excellent communication skills
• Good math skills
• Works well with others
• Charismatic
• Self-disciplined and dependable

$50,000-100,000 per year
