Job Summary:

With supervision from the Sr. Manager of HRIS provides expert technical support for business processes related to HR Systems functionality and configuration. This will include researching and resolving HRIS problems while acting as the liaison with other functions in the core business to include finance, payroll, benefits, recruiting, etc. This means improving the employee experience in using the systems, coming up with user-friendly innovations, and implementing new practices and policies to be reflected in the system, accompanied by improvements of HRIS processes. This role will concentrate on the overall change management efforts to consolidate business practices that impact the functional efficiencies of the HRMS platform.

Job Responsibilities:

* Partner with the functional groups within the business operations and HRIS organization to communicate and clarify business needs, contribute to development of long and short range system plans, and ensure HR systems and services are aligned with business needs.
* Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost versus benefit measurements, and communicate trends and requirements to and from customers and HRIS.
* Partner with these stakeholders to ascertain requirements and work to ensure that their evolving needs within these systems are met.
* Support both domestic and international implementations of various modules within these systems, mapping data and creating integration feeds that enable the successful flow of information between them and third party vendors.
* Focused on evaluating systems, ensuring optimal performance and that they continuously meet the needs of the business teams with which they are working as those needs evolve.
* Technical testing and other projects that align with direction and leadership of HRIS leadership and must have a deep understanding of data protection policies including GDPR to ensure data security and appropriate use of employee data
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
