Job Description

We are hiring several Customer Service Representatives who are eager to join a start-up within the cannabis industry! This is a permanent position with benefits, a $40k salary, and great work environment! Candidates should be comfortable working with computers, a fast typer, and have great customer service experience! Having experience working in the cannabis industry is a must!

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for monitoring orders in live time to confirm they have been received, fulfilled and closed out in a timely manner
  • Will monitor and respond to live chat requests from both clients and customers as well as answering incoming toll-free calls.

Qualifications:

  • Cannabis work experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer skills
  • People skills - ability to handle customers/clients of all kinds.
  • Self-starter
  • Adaptive - each client is different, so ability to mold support style on the fly is required
