Customer Service Representative
6 month contract to hire
- Customer Service support: via phone or email or both
- 1-3 years in a customer facing position
- MUST have wholesale experience
- Strong Excel skills – candidates are required to complete an online test
- Fashion/Apparel industry or E-commerce
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, Shopify, FDM4 ERP, Asana, Teamwork, Full Story
- Proactive problem solving and follow through
- Professional communication skills – Written and verbal
- Strong priority and organization skills
- Self-starter in working as an individual as well as a team player
- Handle each account, outside sale’s member and/or situation with white glove service
