The Inside Sales Manager will be a key player in bu idling a high-performance sales team and will be in charge of ensuring customer satisfaction for their team.

Description

  • Set and track sales targets for your team
  • Improve the sales administration process of your team
  • Report up on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Ensure brand consistency and increase sales by working cross-departmentally with Product Development and Marketing
  • Capture customer feedback to provide insight on product features and improvements.

Profile

The successful candidate will have hands on experience as a sales manager, an in depth understanding of the sales administration process, excellent interpersonal and team management skills and a strong organizational and problem-solving attitude.
