We are digital builders born in the cloud and currently, we are looking for an Account Executives.

Account Executives at Nordcloud align with the company's strategic objectives and grow revenue and market share at designated Enterprise accounts while improving customer success at all levels in the customer organization. We are looking for an Account Executive who can both manage a portfolio as well as owns an existing portfolio. We are looking for self-starters, driven, and proactive sales professionals who want to develop their careers within our scale-up environment in Aker Brygge, Oslo.
Your daily work:
* Achieving sales targets within the relevant accounts and target industries/clients
* Acting as a trusted advisor for the target customers by developing a deep understanding of their business
* Developing and building relationships with C-level and senior executives at current and potential clients, both at the strategic and tactical levels in governance
* Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
* We are implementing solution-based and challenger approaches to selling while managing complex sales processes
Your skills and attributes of success:
* 4+ years of sales experience within the area of IT Consulting / Technology
* Proven ability to Solution Sell, empathize and develop customized value propositions for clients and prospects
* Enterprise-level solution selling - knowing the complexities, politics, sales cycles, etc of large customers and solution selling
* Experience building strategic business partnerships with enterprise customers
* Experience in adopting the challenger sales methodology in all client interactions
* Drive, passion, and team spirit. You own your destiny, you make things happen. Occasional luck is great but we don't rely on it but hard, determined work
* Experience in working directly with C-level stakeholders and senior IT executives
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
* Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
* Customer-first attitude and experience in serving large-scale customers
* Fluent communication skills in Norwegian and English
Your super-powers (we'd consider any of these as a big plus):
* Experience in Cloud Services technical offering, processes, and tools
* Public cloud experience (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud)
