NESCO Resource is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer for a leading manufacturing client in Catoosa, OK. In this role, you will lead and innovate manufacturing processes, driving improvements in efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing systems, including automation and equipment improvements
• Establish and maintain SOPs to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to align capabilities with production needs
• Apply statistical methods to forecast requirements and analyze process improvements

• Oversee equipment maintenance and workflow optimization
• Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Utilize 3D CAD for tooling and fixture design

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
