Guaranteed $12 per hour base pay!

As an Inbound Customer Resolution Specialists, you'll help customers that want to change their wireless provider but keep their phone number. We reward performance and quality with ways to earn incentives plus annual performance reviews for the opportunity to increase your pay.

What You'll Do


* All customer inquiries are inbound only.
* We don't make outbound cold calls or do telemarketing.
* No sales! Listen, understand, and take quick action.
* Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help get their problems solved.
