Note: This position requires a hybrid work schedule at the Denver, CO office after an initial 90-day in-person period.

Job Description

• Lead and manage litigation cases with minimal oversight
• Handle complex matters, including construction defect, product liability, and tort litigation
• Engage in trial preparation, depositions, and courtroom appearances
• Collaborate closely with clients and team members to achieve favorable outcomes
• Maintain a consistent case load with no minimum billable hour requirement

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado
• 4+ years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, construction, personal injury, or general commercial litigation
• Trial and deposition experience required
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
