Human Resource Manager

A wonderful client in Atlanta, GA is looking for a Human Resource Manager for a contract to hire position. The ideal candidate will have a strong human resource background.

Job Responsibilities for the Human Resource Manager

  • Helping write HR policy and Job Descriptions
  • Ensure organization is in compliance
  • Process payroll
  • Create and maintain on-boarding process

Job Requirements for the Human Resource Manager

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR function
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Manager/Supervisor
  • Small business or non-profit experience
  • Has written and implemented policy and procedures/compliance
  • Experience with ADP
