Compensation: $60000.00 to $75000.00 yearly

Our client in the Minneapolis area is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team. This role will report to the Corporate Controller and will have high visibility to the C-Suite. This is a public company that is growing! This position will have upward mobility potential as well. 


Duties:

The candidate will be involved in internal and external financial reporting

Support the annual forecast and budgeting process, investment valuation calculations, and other key financial processes.

Consolidate monthly financial statements. 

- Analyze results and prepare monthly management/board reports.

- Prepare IFRS financial statements, inclusive of footnotes.

- Support quarterly valuation process by preparing and analyzing discounted cash flow models.

- Prepare underlying calculations for complex transactions such as derivatives, equity compensation and others.

- Interface with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.

- Prepare debt compliance documents.


Requirements:

Degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years of public accounting
