Position Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day account management for assigned association clients. For example, we manage and market incentive programs for large national associations and their members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage affinity programs for national and trade associations
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to grow affinity program participation
  • Customize, administer and track program marketing campaigns
  • Cross-sell other Gallagher Affinity programs
  • Update and maintain account records, maintain program reports, and coordinate direct marketing campaigns
  • Act as direct liaison with the Association to build synergy and consult on programs they should offer to their SMB members
  • Customize marketing templates for email marketing for various business programs offered
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications - External
Bachelor's degree with 1 or more years client coordination and marketing experience
High School diploma/GED with 5 or more years client coordination and marketing management experience
Remote role, but able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time, or less
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office, digital marketing platforms and tools such as Adobe, Salesforce and/or Constant Contact are a plus.
Work Traits:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking and good judgment to quickly determine and prioritize key issues
Meeting facilitation skills - able to professionally conduct large group meetings
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Gallagher will require proof of work authorization
Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
