Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled RevTrac Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage and maintain the RevTrac system.

Key Responsibilities:

RevTrac System AdministrationAdminister and maintain the RevTrac system, including updates, patches, and performance monitoring.
Configure and customize workflows, approval processes, and change categories to meet client-specific requirements.

Change ManagementMonitor, track, and report on change requests, implementation activities, and change management metrics.
Coordinate with stakeholders for change planning and execution, including facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.

Risk and ComplianceIdentify potential risks and conflicts in change requests proactively.
Execute regression testing to minimize service disruptions and maintain system stability.
Conduct periodic audits of change records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Performance Analysis and ImprovementAnalyze change success rates and assess their impact on system performance.
Implement measures to improve change processes and system stability.

System Configuration and SupportConfigure RevTrac for alignment with organizational change processes, including notifications, approval workflows, and user access management.
Provide support for emergency changes, including impact assessments and implementations.

Collaboration and StreamliningCollaborate with stakeholders to streamline and optimize change management practices within RevTrac.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with RevTrac administration and maintenance.


Technical Skills:Proficiency in configuring workflows, approval processes, and notifications in RevTrac.
Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
Expertise in regression testing and impact analysis.


Soft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying risks and implementing improvements.
Ability to facilitate effective CAB meetings and change planning sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in global or cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of ITIL practices or similar change management frameworks.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
