Our Client, located in Addison is seeking a Bilingual Russian Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle a high-volume workload and deliver a superior level of customer service in a fast pace environment.


Bilingual Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Set up new and existing customers in database
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Handle sensitive documents with a high level of confidentiality
  • Answer the phone and direct calls to the appropriate team members


Bilingual Customer Service Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Russian (read, write and speak)
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior office experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Organization skills and ability to prioritize and initiative to accommodate workflow
