Robert Half is partnering with a growing client to immediately hire a Human Resource Business Partner. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity located in the surrounding area of Westfield, NJ! The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for the strategic management of the HR Department. In this role you will partner with other departments to ensure HR is supporting the business strategy. If you thrive in a dynamic work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities will include and will not be limited to:

  • Develop initiatives in the areas of performance management, learning, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Use HR Metrics to help make important decisions within the HR Department and throughout the rest of the organization.
  • Come up with solutions for employee complaints.
  • Coach managers on how to support their teams.
  • Ensure that onboarding experience is positive for new hires.
  • Other projects and tasks that become necessary.

  • Bachelor's degree is required and a study in HR is preferred.
  •  8+ years of experience within an HR role where high impact was made.
  • HRBP experience at a software company is preferred.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills & enjoys working with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
