Job Description

BOOKKEEPER / ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE PERSON NEEDED IN THE GEORGETOWN DE AREA

Our client is in searching for the right candidate for a Full Time position in a BUSY office.  Knowledge in all areas of Accounting, HR, and Customer Service is necessary.

This is a very busy position and often it may be necessary to work overtime.  Regular hours are 7:30 to 4 with ½ hour for lunch.   Attendance is critical for success.

Background in Business Management and Human Resources preferred.  Tax knowledge is a plus.  Ability to work independently is beneficial.

Experience in Quickbooks & Excel required.

Other duties such as inventory counts, to job cost and customer service, hotel reservations, etc.
