Growing education company is hiring customer service reps who are skilled with outbound calls using an automatic dialing system. These are warm transfers to Academic Advisors who will discuss college vocational program options. You will not be selling any goods or services. This role will be to gather information and transfer the caller to the correct department. Salesforce or CRM experience is desirable, but if you are proficient with computers, paid training is available.
These are full time, temp to hire roles and the schedules will be Monday- Friday between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm. This is conveniently located near I-17 and Dunlap.
