Our client is currently seeking a Human Resource Manager for their facilities in Central California.
o Provide guidance on employee relations issues, organizational structure, workforce planning, and other HR initiatives.
o Spearhead the evolution of our HR infrastructure with an emphasis on employer compliance and employee relations
o Work to invigorate and drive culture through incentives and reward systems
o Set the strategy on how to scale our HR practices as we continue to grow
o Continuously improve company programs, policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational people issues of the organization
o Evaluates the HR division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as for providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities.
o Experience handling employee relations issues
o Experience managing HRIS systems
o PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification are a plus
o 5+ years in the HR field
o Bachelor's Degree required
