We have an opening for a Part-time Administrative Support
Specialist (Inside Sales) to support 3 major RTS Packaging Clients.
Work cohesively with WestRock logistics team and RTS plant shipping personnel to streamline the delivery processes and provide specific customers with a dedicated shipment contact.
Expedite payments by aligning BOL's, delivery receipts and invoices (OTM and CDP)
**What You Need for this Role:**
As it relates to Onyx Packaging, Run delivery report twice daily and enter all new appointments in the AS/400 (Heather to remain as back-up) and daily shipment report
Obtain info on any pallet requests, load info and missing appointments on report
Follow up on any missed appointments, late trucks, no shows, etc. and communicate with team to obtain new appointments
Enter advisory complaints in CIS for any missed or late shipments for reporting purposes
Address any freight invoice discrepancies and coordinate with RTS Office Managers to correct
Obtain all proof of deliveries, as well as signed paperwork for customer pick-ups and 3rd party billing, and match corresponding invoices.
Utilize OTM site to assist in lead time report, high spot lanes, transport times, tracking, etc
Assist in date changes, plant communication with shipping leads
Access customer digital portal
